What are your prices?
Prices vary depending on a number of factors: the season, day of the week, number of hours needed and total number of guests. We often run special promotions. For more information, please call (801) 486-6619 or visit us during tour hours.
What is the maximum accommodation for guests?
In late spring, summer and early fall, Rose Sachs Gardens regular pricing is based on 250 guests. Additional charges are incurred for more than 250 guests, maximum 450. From November through March, our cozy indoor area accommodates a maximum of 80 guests.
How early do you start booking?
Summer season begins in May and lasts through October. Events may be held throughout the entire year in our newly enclosed and beautiful building. The 45’ natural waterfall runs all year; our man-made waterfalls are activated in May.
What happens if it rains, etc., on the day of my event?
Rose Sachs Gardens has a 40-foot by 40-foot heated building with expansive windows that take full advantage of the spectacular scenery. If your budget allows, it is recommended that you rent a tent from a rental company to act as an extension to our pavilion. Please be aware that tents may not be readily available on weekends in June and August or during the Utah State Fair.
Is catering included in price?
Rose Sachs Gardens leases its spectacular location and offers a list of 12 caterers. While most clients choose to create their own unique ceremony and reception, we can offer complete packages that can include catering, floral packages, invitations and photography, as well as valet service.
To assure that each client is offered all that they look for, we collect some of your information and then take a few days to create a custom quote. To receive a custom all-inclusive quote, we ask that you meet with one of our coordinators on location during a privately scheduled appointment that will take approximately 3 hours. This service does incur an additional. For general information, you may take our tour or visit visit during the hours listed on our tour schedule. What is included when I lease the location only?
When you lease the Gardens, you reserve the location for the time period that you have contracted.
Tables and chairs to accommodate up to 150 guests are included, although there is a separate set up fee for tables and chairs unless otherwise included in a special offer.
Included is a 1 hour time period for an engagement or bridal photo shoot.
Rehearsals may be held on location for an additional fee. Rehearsals may be scheduled during open times in the calendar on Mondays through Thursdays from 8am until 1pm. A rehearsal may be booked no more than 1 week prior to the date and requires a separate contract .
What are your policies regarding alcohol ?
Alcohol is allowed on our location within certain parameters.
Approved professional caterers and bartenders may serve alcohol at a designated bar. Since Rose Sachs Gardens does not have a liquor license, cash bars are not allowed; alcohol may be given away at the bar.
We have an extensive and professional caterer list from which to choose. All vendors on this list have worked at Rose Sachs Gardens numerous times and are among the very best at what they do. Their prices, services and styles range widely and they are not on the list in any particular order. For the protection of both Rose Sachs Gardens and the client, we require that you choose from these professional and experienced caterers.
There is a 3 ½ hour time period for the serving of alcohol, with the alcohol portion of the bar to close ½ hour prior to the event end time.
Alcohol brought in by the client must have the UDABC sticker attached.
Should I make an appointment to visit the gardens?
You may tour the location and receive information during the listed open hours without appointment. Please call (801)486-6619 and then press 3; the answering machine posts our listed open hours.

WINTER HOURS — WEATHER PERMITTING – For first time tours, we ask that you come in for the initial presentation on Saturdays either at 10:30 or at 12:30. Private appointments during the weekday are available for follow-up information and contracts.

How much parking is available?
Rose Sachs Gardens can accommodate up to 60 vehicles in the painted spaces provided, with additional parking along the drive. Ask about our valet packages.
How can I check availability and secure a date?

To secure your date, we require a deposit with a signed contract. Friday and Saturday bookings require a $995 deposit, which is deducted from the total lease amount. Deposits for weekday promotions may be as little as $495. Deposits are non-refundable.
