Prices quoted by Roase Sachs Gardens do not include site manager/ coordinator fees. All food and beverage must be provided and served through one of the caterers on our list.
Ceremony & Receptions
Pricing:
Prices vary depending on the day of the week, total number of guests and total number of hours. We encourage guests to attend a presentation where comprehensive information is offered regarding complete pricing and well as information regarding policies.

Time:
5 consecutive hours for ceremony and reception (and up to 3 additional hours prior for the preparations). Rose Sachs Gardens will not host simultaneous events. The actual event start time may begin as early as 10a.m. and as late as 7p.m. in May through October. Due to the “nature” of the location (being etched into the mountainside with a steep and meandering road), we do not offer the location in winter months.
Guest Capacity:
Additional charges are incurred above 200 guests.
Bars:
Rose Sachs Gardens allows guests to purchase their own alcohol. Alcohol must be served through the authorized bar tending service. Alcoholic beverages may be served for a total of 4 consecutive hours and must close one hour prior to the official end time of the event; whichever comes first.
To secure your date, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of the contract, which is deducted from the total lease amount. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to your event date. Deposits are non-refundable. Written notification of cancellation is required prior to the balance due date. The balance remains due if notification of cancellation is not received prior to the balance due date.
We offer a variety of tables and chairs for your celebration. At the time of your contract, we will offer a set up map based on your current plans; however as plans and numbers of guests change, you will work closely with your caterer in preparing your strategy. The caterers will provide the set and strike of the tables and chairs. Rose Sachs Gardens has available the following quantities of tables and chairs:
- 120 plastic off-white folding chairs for the ceremony on the grassy area of the party terrace.
- 120 fruitwood stained Chiavarri chairs for the patio and inside the 40x40 enclosed pavilion.
- 4 – 24” round cabaret tables
- 3 – 36” round tables
- 2 – 48” round tables
- 10 – 6’ banquet tables
You can tour the location* and receive information either during the listed open hours or during scheduled presentation times without an appointment. Private appointments during the weekdays are available for follow up information and contracts.
*Due to the high cost of maintaining our road during the winter, we will not offer tours until spring.
