Prices are for the lease of the location only and do not include site manager /coordinator. All food and beverage must be provided and served through one of exclusive caterers on our list.

Ceremony & Receptions

Time:

5 consecutive hours for ceremony and reception (and up to 3 additional hours prior for the preparations). Rose Sachs Gardens will not host simultaneous events. The actual event start time may begin as early as 10a.m. and as late as 7p.m. in May through October. Due to the “nature” of the location (being etched into the mountainside with a steep and meandering road), we do not offer the location in winter months.

Guest Capacity:

200 people or less. Additional charges are incurred above 200 guests.

Bars incur a $500.00 fee which is allocated toward a site manager/ security. All alcohol is to be served through the authorized bar. The bartending service is arranged strictly through your caterer. Any alcoholic beverages present on location that is not been served through the authorized bar is considered “outside alcohol” and risks additional fees as well as closure of the event if not immediately remedied. The bar is required to close one hour prior to the official end time of your celebration. You may purchase your alcohol ahead of time and deliver it to your caterer. The caterer would then bring the alcohol and all other needs for your bar set up. This is a very inexpensive way to provide your guests with a bar (the cost of the alcohol itself, the security fee and the bartending fee in lieu of paying per drink).

To secure your date, a $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of the contract, which is deducted from the total lease amount. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to your event date. Deposits are non-refundable. Written notification of cancellation is required prior to the balance due date. The balance remains due if notification of cancellation is not received prior to the balance due date.

We offer a variety of tables and chairs for your celebration. At the time of your contract, we will offer a set up map based on your current plans; however as plans and numbers of guests change, you will work closely with your caterer in preparing your strategy. The caterers will provide the set and strike of the tables and chairs. Rose Sachs Gardens has available the following quantities of tables and chairs:

  • 120 plastic off-white folding chairs for the ceremony on the grassy area of the party terrace.

  • 120 fruitwood stained Chiavarri chairs for the patio and inside the 40x40 enclosed pavilion.
  • 4 – 24” round cabaret tables
  • 3 – 36” round tables
  • 2 – 48” round tables
  • 10 – 6’ banquet tables

You can tour the location* and receive information either during the listed open hours or during scheduled presentation times without an appointment. Private appointments during the weekdays are available for follow up information and contracts.

*Due to the high cost of maintaining our road during the winter, we will not offer tours until spring.
